For years, the phrase “no one better connects the world” has been Delta Airlines’ ethos and guiding light. We brought that vision to CES 2023 with the announcement that Delta would become the first major U.S. airline to offer free in-flight wifi for all. My team supported the free wifi announcement, the launch of the Delta Sync connected travel ecosystem, and CEO Ed Bastian’s keynote appearance with branded touchpoints at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
